I didn't know people ever tried to blow both nostrils at once... I tried that once as a kid and was like "this hurts. I'll try something else."
The two nostril method lacks any real pressure especially when the nose is stuffy but not completely plugged. One nostril at a time is definitely the way to go!
I tend to do it that way.
I go full blast...two nostrils at a time and let them compete.
Do you feel light-headed afterwards?
Living dangeoursly I see. Cock fighting pales in comparison to competing nasal streams!
It's better than sneezing all over everyone. That is just not right!
I use a baby ear syringe with warm salty water.
