Interesting we have a similar situation at the little park we live next to. There are 3 "pokestops" right next to eachother forming a triangle where if you stand in the middle of the three points you can be able to click them all without walking to each one. At night there are at least 30-40 people gathered until at least 12 am dropping those little purple lures. Traffic has increased a bit aswell.
You would think that it's something people could take advantage of, like selling them coffee or something.
I have no problem with it, generally those there are quiet and don't leave much mess behind. Maybe even do a BBQ, and have a little gathering!
