California is trying to pass a net neutrality bill — and broadband providers are trying to gut it
Political divisions may be fierce, but there is at least one issue that most Americans agree on: net neutrality. I would think that doing this at a state level would run afoul of the ICC. Then again, it might open another door against social media censorship.
