Most people care that their food is affordable, that means not thinking about where it comes from and even if they did know chances are they would still vote with their wallet, not their heart.
Exactly. Also nothing is humane if it brings death.
What? Death, as a release from suffering, is often humane. Maybe it'd be more like it to say almost nothing is humane if it means going in your neighborhood grocer's freezer case.
