    I don't see what harm there is in a recount, assuming they made the deadline and pay the fees without taxing the public then they should have at it. This seems like a small group of repubs just wanting to step on toes and make things worse than they need to be. It's very unlikely a recount changes the results at this point. Truth is that Pennsylvania is pretty much impossible to get. They require you to go to court and prove that fraud took place before they even entertain a recount.

    Stein would have to file for a court appeal and present a “prima facie case” showing that voter fraud took place. While prima facie has a lower burden of proof threshold than “beyond reasonable doubt”, it is still significant. Stein would have to prove in court that fraud was “probable.” This is going to be very difficult given that even the computer specialists recommending the recount say there is no proof of hacking or fraud.
