I was just talking with my wife last night about how Alaska might change in how desirable it is perceived to live there over the next few decades as its climate changes to a new equilibrium. I'm interested to see how demographics and populations shift up there, as a result of the base climate being more tolerable to people (but, admittedly, disastrous for the Alaskan ecosystem).
