The question that comes up for me is do we vote down stories that have been posted months or longer apart. The system in place does not catch much of anything as far as similar stories being posted. No one can be expected to remember what has been posted in the past and a search does not help much. A comment instead of a down vote would be better instead of hurting users reps. As for this story it stays.
