Cleveland Police's Fatal Shooting of Tamir Rice Ruled a Homicide

The death of Tamir Rice, 12, shot last month by a Cleveland police officer, has been ruled a homicide., the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office says.

    That's a given. Homicide, by definition, is simply being killed by another person.
