Knowing nothing of the plot or the characterizations, my two immediate thoughts upon reading the brief description: first, the "genetics professor" makes me think that once again, we're going to have a very young actress playing the romantic interest to a much older actor, which is a trend I find a little frustrating. Second is that I'm hoping Jennifer Lawrence isn't going to be a manic pixie dream girl-type character - you know, the quixotic, mysterious, inscrutable young woman who defies all of the genetics professor's rigid rules. I could very well be entirely wrong on both counts given how little I know though, so I'll withhold judgement until there's more information.
