Why Don't Cars Have a 'Sorry' Signal?
Last week, our own Lauren Kirchner wrote “The Psychology and Biology of Road Rage,” a post that asks why on-the-road altercations can so quickly escalate to fatal violence—especially shootings. Among a number of reasons driving encourages aggression, one thing Kirchner lists stands out because it seems like it could be so easy to fix: It’s really hard to apologize to other drivers.

I believe people in Europe flick their hazard lights as a "thank you" or a "sorry". I haven't seen this trend make it to North America though.

This is actually in Japan, but yeah they use the hazards as thank you in europe too. Not sure about apologizing with hazards though..
I've been wondering the exact same thing for years.. there should be an easier way to communicate an apology while driving... We are human, we all make mistakes, but driving is one of the only things people do where they cannot apologize for a mistake.
That reminded me of this cool homemade build and then I also found this product (with cheesy infomercial video!)
