I don't think it's intended to be a racist name. However, I question the name for other reasons. I would not want to eat at a restaurant whose name happens to be the same as that of a disease. I'd have exactly the same reaction if the restaurant was called "Small Pox" for example. So, I'm not planning on eating there, but that's because I feel it's poor branding (to have a restaurant with the name of a communicable disease).
