Man robs Chipotle, gets only a burrito, Iowa police say
A robber attempted to take money from a Chipotle Mexican Grill but fled with only a burrito, according to a police report. A man entered the restaurant at about 6:30 p.m. CT Wednesday in suburban Des Moines. He got in line and ordered a burrito, a female cashier told police. When the man approached the cash register, he said he had a gun in his sweatshirt, opened a bag and demanded the cashier put money in it, according to the report.
