Eagles of Death Metal Discuss Paris Terror Attacks

During Eagles of Death Metal's November 13 show at the Bataclan concert hall in Paris, gunmen entered the venue and opened fire on the crowd, leaving at least 90 dead. The band spoke to VICE about the tragic events that took place that night.

    This video is so sad.

    The bearded guy wearing suspenders is Jesse, who is the lead singer of the band. Throughout the video, you can see just how destroyed he is over the events in Paris. He can barely take his eyes off of the ground. He breaks down a couple times. It's apparent how much guilt he has for making it out of there alive. The people were there to see them, and they got shot in return.

    It's devastating seeing a guy, from what I've heard from other people, that is usually so happy in other interviews in this state of mind. I really hope he receives some sort of counseling for whatever medically defined grief he's experiencing at the moment, and gets back on his feet.
