FTC Probing Facebook for Use of Personal Data, Source Says
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is probing Facebook Inc. over whether it violated terms of a consent decree over its use of personal data, according to a person familiar with the matter.

When they're done maybe they should focus on the Cable industry since they now own 83% of the broadband market too and have been known to siphon all info and sell it to the highest broker or share it with the five eyes, oh wait we made the spying legal. Probably the same deal that Facebook has behind the scenes.
After a good, hard probing, they'll maybe pay an insignificant fine.
