I really appreciate phrasing aging in every article as a disease in search of a cure
As soon as a person is conceived, they are inflicted with a hereditary strain of aging and spend the next few decades fighting the incurable affliction, eventually succumbing to it due to the fact that mortality rates for aging are 100%
The simple fact that aging is an inevitable outcome of laws of physics which dictate entropy over time for every chemical compound, organic or otherwise, seems to be an afterthought in the elusive search for a cure for aging
The issue is that even if (when) it will be classified as a disease, aging does not kill you per se. Just makes you weaker. There is always something else that kills you.
