I do rely on my phone for phone numbers although I do know work, my parents and my husbands by heart. I also use my phone for my calendar and that's where I can see this study in my own life. I will put something in and then at some point in the future remember it's there and go check to see when exactly it is. I will also forget something until a reminder pops up. I'm just not so sure this is that new as my mother always had a pocketbook calendar when we were little that she would check frequently.
