Anitore EX - Review
This is my review of "Anime Training EX" based off the first episode.

This is a fun show! I really enjoy exercising, and I was delighted to hear this was coming out. It's also categorized as a sports anime, which is one of my favourite genres, so I just had to watch it. It has a great balance between exercise and moe, considering the short allotted time of only three minutes. I do wish it had more time for each exercise, since many people have more athletic ability than Asami does, and could use plenty more push ups. Nevertheless, this is definitely a good motivator for exercise.
The visuals are very nice. They are fairly consistent, and the animation is up to par. The character designs are well made, from this episode, as well as the visuals released. I also have to commend the artists. They incorporated two different art styles, without it even so much as feeling strange.
The music was good too, a fun theme, but nothing too serious; it all fit the mood it was supposed to.
Obviously, plot wise, it doesn't really have anything, however, it was never expected to, so there's no justification to rate it based off of that. It did do a fairly decent job of providing some context to what was happening.
It's also nice to see that the characters do have personalities, which you can get a glimpse of, even just from the visuals that have been released. Of course, they are fairly basic personalities, from the looks of it.
Definitely worth a watch, especially if you enjoy exercise, or need motivation to do it.
My rating:
Considering that it is a three minute exercise short, 7/10.
I can't wait to see how it turns out as we see more episodes!
