North Korea to hold parliamentary elections
North Korea has announced the first parliamentary elections under Kim Jong Un as the country celebrates the birthday of the young leader who seeks to cement his grip on power after executing his uncle. The presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) decided the election would take place on March 9, the North's official KCNA news agency said on Wednesday.

Whenever power is held by a very small group of elites, any elections allowed will be meaningless. That rule holds true in the US and I can't imagine it doesn't apply as much or more in North Korea.
There's probably just one selection on the ballot.
It funny, I don't find that shocking at all.
I wonder who will be on the ballot... Actually I think I already know the answer. Who are they trying to fool?
