    Amazing how those small Nordic countries are pioneers when it comes to equality rights and the qualify of life of all their citizens. We could learn a lot from them!

      Sure we can, they have done great things. But I am afraid this is a misstep. The economy does not work like that, we all come with different education and experience in each job, and indeed perform differently in the job. How the mechanics of this will work in an economy, or a any modern economy, driven by performance and incentive, is beyond me. Heck, there is no equality between males working in the same place, that is how life is, and to assume that there is a wholesale discrimination of women in this day and age is not responding to facts, but rather, clouding the issue of pay in the workplace.
