Bill Would Legalize Selling Food to Your Neighbor
Representative Greg Hertz (R) will be fighting for food choice freedom when he presents HB352 this week, which would legalize the currently criminalized practice of selling food to your neighbor. According to the bill's sponsor: Purchasing food from your neighbor should not be illegal... The industry lobbyist and government sanitarians will be there in full force opposing this bill.
