14-year-old boy leads police on 100 mph chase in North Bay

A 14-year-old Santa Rosa boy led police on a high-speed chase, driving up to 100 mph in a stolen car early Friday in Santa Rosa, officials said. Police first noticed the suspect car just before 2 a.m. driving in downtown Cotati with its headlights off, authorities said.
