Yeah..And fill it with fish,add ducks,cat tails,shore birds, kayaks and sail boats,and a ferry service to bring people hither and yon in a relaxing fashion. Add parks and big trees all around it...it would be great. I'm sure Rump would try and take out the ferry first chance he got though.
