My savings account thanks them for this, since I'll have lots more money in it at this time next year. On that note, the disneyworld tribe is up for grabs, I won't be renewing my annual passes or going out of my way to support Disney in any way anymore because of this.

Wonder how long it'll be before we start to see flat plane 5.0 swaps. We live in interesting times, I wouldn't mind having this motor in my GT and moving the Coyote power plant into a project car.

This is pretty exciting news, it has the potential to be great. If it does live up to those sketches, I might just move into that land and never leave. haha

Oh my you're right, that was a bit wordy, but I do love me some words. The more words you use, the more confused the minions become. You can transform the shorthand notation into a handy dandy map by pasting it here.
I think I used enough words to confuse them but here are a few more just to be sure!

You can get into my house using a secret tunnel behind the south wall. It's 50 paces south from the south wall, take a 90 degree turn to your right, and then another 50 paces. Now, take another 90 degree right turn followed by 50 more paces. Lastly, take another 90 degree turn to your right and then the last 50 paces. OK, lean down and pull up the tunnel access door.
Shorthand:
PU
RT 180
PD
REPEAT 4[ FD 50 RT 90 ]There's also a secret handshake once you make it through the tunnel.
Secrecy is important, please don't let anyone else know we had this conversation.

The brisket was rubbed and allowed to rest for 3 days in the fridge before cooking.
Rub: Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Onion, Himalayan Salt, Red Pepper, a little Cayenne, Black Pepper, and a bit of olive oil to help it stick.
Wood: Oak, Cherry
Flat: Smoked at 235 until the center of the flat reached 160 degrees, and then it was crutched (wrapped in foil) until it reached 198 internal. It was then moved to a cooler for an hour to rest.
Point: Smoked at 235 degrees and pulled with the flat. It was then cubed, and mixed with an off the shelf sauce in a disposable pan, then placed back on the pit for 30 minutes to allow the sauce to set.

Nope, but I've had many things on this list and they are all awesome. If you want to write up / post a list of things to eat at Disney World that won't give you Diabetes though I'd certainly give it a read. :)

Cooked up a brisket yesterday, it was my best yet.
It's the first time I separated the point and flat before cooking, and it'll definitely be my go-to method from now on. It couldn't have turned out better. I rubbed it with a simple home made peppered rub, and let it rest for three days before cooking. Smoked with oak and cherry.
