The only way to be sure it's unhackable is to lock it in a safe and never use it. You can't make your users unhackable.
Phishing and malware are two routes into your "impenetrable" phone, and it won't take long after it's released before someone gets "hacked" because they did something foolish.
It's possible, but the issue is the article doesn't mention how they implemented the encryption. Without concrete information like that there is no way to know how secure it really is.
