Next time I should post these articles to t/humor as I mean for them to be light and not to be taken seriously. I sometimes laugh and think to share when obviously this is a bad idea as it gives the wrong impression; which I apologize for. Just a side note though if we are talking facts the quote you mention is for a whole bottle of wine while the article I mentioned is for half. And yes if you really want to lose weight but still drink hard liquor with a low cal mixer is the way to go.
