Please remember this is a gun store that is selling guns online, there is no online loophole here. Everyone that purchases/tried to purchase one had to fill out the FBI background check form and get approved by NICS and will have to go to a gun store near their home that is federally licensed to pick them up, you can't buy and ship them by mail to a home.
