Interesting choice of image in this one. I'm assuming they are playing Omaha (the 4 cards, the poker chips) and having four aces in your hand is basically one of the worst starting hands in that game since you can only use two of the four cards you hold and have to use 3 more from the community cards. It's impossible to improve your hand much.

How is quad aces a bad thing?
