Looks fake. Is this real?
Since bears have several nipples,I'm saying fake,unless something is wrong with that one and that's why it's swollen.
Its real, the top left (bear's left) nipple is hidden behind the left arm and the two right nipples are obviously obstructed by the angle of the ground. The nipple is not swollen, its just a large nipple... lol
Ah,now I feel better.
