A damn shame of any hospital or insurance company to let this get this far. We should boycott mofo like this!
It makes me sick to my stomach that people would do this. Even if someone was in charge of denying a service because of being short, I would take the few cents out of my wallet and attach it to the cheque just because it seems like the right thing to do. FFS, its only 26 cents!
