Give up weapons, Russia urges Syria
Russia has asked Syria to put its chemical weapons stockpiles under international control and then have them destroyed, in an attempt to avoid US military strikes.

We should of course try and do everything in our power to resolve this without using violence.
Yep, let's back Kerry's blunder, our new Syrian policy. Just thank God or whomever, Putin grabbed it up.
