The largest factor holding back electric cars currently is the size of the batteries. Half the weight of an electric car comes from the battery alone. When the battery technology gets better and the batteries can be reduced in size, there will be an incredible revolution in electric driving technology.
Yep. Size of batteries, the amount of charge they can hold, and how quick they will charge will keep improving. I think soon, electric cars will be able to cover 2000kms on a single charge that takes 15 minutes. Its going to be great.
