Why not a living wage ? And stop jacking up the price of everything every damn year.
The living wage has the caveat that it implies usage of human laborers. That might change in the near future with automation and whatnot.
But jacking up prices is something that needs to stop now though. No ifs, ands or buts on that one. :P
