Detroit emergency manager files bankruptcy
DETROIT (AP) — Detroit on Thursday became the largest city in U.S. history to file for bankruptcy, as the state-appointed emergency manager filed for Chapter 9 protection. Wasn't aware entire cities can go bankrupt...?
I drove through Detroit (city and some of the suburbs around) it like 8 years ago, and holy crap is is ever a filthy dump. The politicians and the people that live there should be ashamed.
