Woman gets ticket for wearing Google Glass while driving
Cecilia Abadie said she was ticketed by a police officer for wearing Google Glass while driving through the sunny West Coast state. The exact line as written on the ticket said: "Driving with Monitor visible to Driver (Google Glass)."

This is a really grey area, and its definitely hard to enforce. For all he knows, she could have been texting, or watching a movie or doing something that takes her attention away from the road... but then again, she could have just been using navigation, or the glasses could have been just sitting on her head without anything going on.
