Thirty minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise in the morning improves cognitive functions associated with better decision-making for the rest of the day, according to a new study by researchers from the University of Western Australia. “Sedentary behavior is associated with impaired cognition, whereas exercise can acutely improve cognition,” the authors said.
