    Isn't that pretty much how all major changes start, though? A group of folks get together and yell until heard. If a lot of people that didn't know/care about the "problem" before suddenly get interested and back them, then maybe it's a change that should happen (change is good, right?). If not it will gain no traction, fall on deaf ears, and stay a small niche of folks that yell for change, to a world that disagrees (nor now). Take, for example, Sexism in gaming vs. LGBT Rights vs. The Right for men to wear sundresses. All thee are things that I've read about from friends. Two of which have gained the media's attention on a large scale. One that's become an international point of interest, and a political election bullet point.
