Paris accord is an agreement by which US State Department funds NGOs in other countries (with a quickly-depreciating currency) to turn a blind eye to the fact US has to (and will do) absolutely nothing to deal with nuclear waste, fracking, air and water pollution, renewable energy and anything else that actually impacts the environment

it’s a toothless agreement in exchange for a payoff so China and US can keep polluting with no oversight
