Any 15 year old who grew up in Communist china knows that this behavior is completely intolerable. Should he have done something like this in his home land to any of the ancient Chinese monuments, he would have been throw in jail for 20 years along with his family.

Agreed.. although at 15 a lot of teens are still immature and don't really understand how BAD this really was.
