I did not think they ever tried to cure most illness and I doubt they could.
However,some treatments are indeed cures,but most can't cut the mustard cause illnesses are complex.
I'm not excusing them by any means,this is just my observation as a person with chronic medical problems.
Big Pharma has stopped trying to cure or eradicate disease in favor of monetizing it.
