    Burning fat with fat isn't anything new, but it's also good to note that there are bad fats and good fats, and like anything, you should still moderate what you eat. You've listed a lot of things that are murderous when it comes to Cholesterol, and just because you are losing weight or you weigh 175lbs doesn't mean you can't be floored by Cholesterol and clogged arteries.
