If climatology is not faux science, then the only practical way to assign carbon credits would be to reward those countries/manufacturers that provide the greatest amount of product with the least amount of emissions. Efficiency should be the standard, not population, nor GDP. .......... Of course practicality and alarmism would be antithetical.
