Well, to be fair, the non-phone business still exists as a separate entity (believe they primarily do networking gear, stuff that telcos might use), though it is sad to see the consumer facing part disappear. Especially so being a Finn, they were a big part of why Windows Phone had a decent market share here (old article, admittedly).
And there goes Nokia. Once the best handset maker, now a corporate write-off. That's pretty sad.
