Ugh, the reaction to this on Reddit is just confirming that deciding to move over to Snapzu was a good idea. Sure, the Reddit admins aren't exactly going about this particularly well but at the end of the day we all know the drama and outrage from users isn't about that but the attack on their ability to post whatever abhorrent content they want on the site they want to without any obstacle or consequences whatsoever (which btw is not "free speech")

Same here! I've been playing Final Fantasy games on MyBoy more than I play actual mobile games. Way better than trying to find a half-decent RPG on the Play store.

I haven't looked at Voat, but seeing as most of its popularity seems to be based on its "freedom of speech" (ie. allowing the few exceptionally awful things that even Reddit won't allow) and it basically rose to fame because of all the ex-FPH subscribers going there...so in other words it basically seems to be a Reddit clone but mostly up of the worst kinds of people on Reddit. As far as I know it's not any different to Reddit when it comes to all the annoying repetitive jokes either, which is another thing I wanted to avoid. Meanwhile Snapzu seems so friendly and actually capable of having civil discussions (and disagreements!) without getting derailed by hate speech, downvote brigades and memes. Not to mention it also looks great (not that that's a deciding factor, or I wouldn't have stuck with Reddit for so long) and is super easy to use.
