My uncle eats very little fruit and almost no vegetables. But he always kept active and so has stayed in great shape. Only now in his 80s is he starting to show weaknesses of aging. I know that diet can make a big difference in health, but I think physical activity can play an even bigger role.

He must be taking vitamins, minerals, supplements, etc right?

The food itself though is awful quality. I don't know if vitamins etc can really make up for that. I think this guy may just be one of those lucky people. Kind of like those odd-one-out smokers who ends up living till they're very old.
