Damned I stopped playing Dota 2 for 3 months and now I'm super out of the loop what's been going on?
There's a new client, called Dota 2 Reborn. It is amazing. A few days ago I have logged into that game deciding to try some customs. I ended up playing 5 hours worth of custom games. It's a whole new world~
Wait so you mean custum games are there now and without doing some weird vpk stuff etc? So 100% legit Wc3 custom games?
The custom games are a bit shit for now since it just launched but the concept is the same.
I didn't realise so much new content was introduced with the update. I'm definitely going to check this out when I'm done with the new FFXIV Expansion!
Custom Games integration is actually insanely huge, as someone who gets bored fairly quickly, there's always something new to try. It appeals to a much more casual type of player, which will hopefully help the community continue to grow, and retain older players.
I agree, I already found more games that I want to play than the time I have to do so.
It crashes every game for me :( I hope its fixed so I can enjoy it.
