We're from the Government and we're here to help... this is getting crazy, why not just go ahead and say we're living in a totalitarian system now and we need to place a security camera in your home to monitor you. That's basically what they're wanting by continually trying to crack and track anything that a person might use on their computer, all your informations belong to them!
