Nope. You know what we really need? To ditch Microsoft.
Other than what this article talks about are the restrictions that UWP apps have on them right now. Here is an article from BetaNews that talks about limitations of Tomb Raider on the platform as compared to regular versions outside of the Windows Store.
I'm really concerned with the direction Microsoft has taken with Windows 10 and worry that one day PC's will become more and more locked down like phones. As far as I can tell the Windows Phone is so locked down there is no side-loading because everything needs an authorization key from the store.
I think the same thing. It's definitely not an encouraging future. I've often said eventually there will be three computer venders,one for Microsoft,one for Apple and one for us Linux users.
