Apple is reportedly close to buying Beats for $3.2 billion
The days of Apple limiting itself to (relatively) small acquisitions may soon be over. The Financial Times hears from sources that the folks at 1 Infinite Loop are close to buying Beats Electronics for $3.2 billion.

It's like the perfect match. Both manufacture and sell overpriced electronics to fanboys and rich people using their brilliant marketing.
Exactly. They have too much money and don't know what to do with it so they bought a company that is just a version of themselves. Apple's long but steady decline has begun.
Match made in heaven
So basically the company can sell more products that nobody really wants to shell out the money for.
Strange... apple never makes purchases like this. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
