It's nuts, homes have gone up by 40-50% in the past couple of years, and some are selling for 200% of what they are worth. It's incredible how insane this situation is, and it's effecting the whole community. Now that I think about it, the housing market here is comparable to Silicon Valley with the craziness that's happening right now.
