Self-driving Uber kills Arizona woman in first fatal crash involving pedestrian

An autonomous Uber car killed a woman in the street in Arizona, police said, in what appears to be the first reported fatal crash involving a self-driving vehicle and a pedestrian in the US.

    Friends of the first known pedestrian to be killed by a self-driving car have called for Uber to be held accountable as questions mount about how the autonomous technology failed to stop the vehicle from hitting a human in its path.

    Yeah by god let's not blame the woman who is caught on tape walking out in front of the car as it travels towards her.
